Music Is Part of Me, But for now Is on Hiatus

Music has always been an essential part of my life. It’s shaped who I am, how I connect with the world, and how I express myself. For years, music was my main focus—performing, creating, and sharing songs that resonated deeply with audiences. It brought me immense joy and fulfillment, and I will forever be grateful for the incredible experiences it provided.

But life, like music, has its shifts and changes in tempo. Today, my focus has evolved toward speaking and writing—two forms of expression that allow me to connect with people in new and meaningful ways. As an author and speaker, I explore topics that have become central to my life: Ikigai (the Japanese philosophy of living with purpose), mindfulness, and cultivating joy in everyday moments. These endeavors have opened doors to helping others find their path to fulfillment, balance, and peace.

That doesn’t mean music has left me. Quite the opposite—music remains woven into the fabric of who I am. The creativity, discipline, and joy I found through music continue to inspire my work today. Whether I’m crafting a speech or writing the pages of a new book, I draw on the same energy that once brought songs to life. It’s like a quiet harmony in the background, influencing my rhythm and flow as I embrace this new chapter of my life.

While I may not be performing on stage or recording albums right now, I see this pause not as an ending but as an interlude—a moment to reflect, grow, and explore other passions. Music has taught me so much about connection, emotion, and the power of storytelling, and those lessons guide me as I step into my role as a storyteller through words and ideas.

I don’t know what the future holds for my music career. Perhaps it will return in time, perhaps not. Either way, I know it will always be a part of me—a source of inspiration, a reminder of the joy it brought to my life, and a foundation for everything I do now.

For those who have followed my music journey, thank you. Your support means the world to me. And as I share my current work through speaking and writing, I hope you’ll find that same spark of connection and inspiration in the stories I now tell. Music may be quiet for now, but its echo carries forward in every new adventure.
